Improv:

• Fun inexpensive Improv solo competition- $10!!!

• Held  right before awards at each team competition

• All participants receive a medallion

• Top winners in each division receive a T-shirt

• Each dancer performs approximately four sets of eight of movement- any genre

• Music choice is a ‘surprise’ provided by the MC

• Dancers are categorized by age

• Register at the admission table on event day

• Judging based on rhythm and timing, use of area, levels, showmanship, audience appeal and the dance elements of shape, time, energy, and space

Fees:

• Add 3.5% + 0.30 per registration for CC processing if paid via CC online or otherwise for solos, duos and trios.

• Teams-$20 per dancer/per event

• Solos- $105

• Duos- $140

• Trios- $195

• At the door admission WILL be charged- $5.00 Friday; $7.00 Saturday

• Soloists, Duos, and Trios MAY dance and compete on a stage or a gym floor depending upon registration. (Requests cannot be granted unless in the case of tap or clogging routine.)
